* بدأ تمرين الفريق اليوم بحضور عضو شرف الهلال الامير عبدالله بن مساعد وامين عام النادي الاستاذ / احمد الخميس اضافه الى مدير الكره سامي الجابر والاداري خالد المغيربي واداري الاولمبي / فيصل الفرشان http://alhilalclub.net/ngl11/logo.gif * انضم الدوليين الى تمرين الفريق لهذا اليوم . http://alhilalclub.net/ngl11/logo.gif * التمرين بدأ بتمارين لياقيه بالجري حول المضمار ولمده ليست بالقصير بغرض رفع المعدل اللياقي للاعبين تلى ذلك تفكيك للعضلات .. http://alhilalclub.net/ngl11/logo.gif * قام المدرب بالايعاز لكل من نيفيز وويلي ومحمد نامي محمد العنبر بالتواجد في ربع الملعب واداء تمرين اشبه بالتحدي بينهم لبث روح الحماس في التمرين .. http://alhilalclub.net/ngl11/logo.gif * تواجد اللاعب سلمان الفرج في غرفه العلاج وكان يضع العكازات .. http://alhilalclub.net/ngl11/logo.gif * سيكون الايام الثلاثه المقبل موعد التمرين صباحا .. |
